My family and I have lived in the CSRA, Columbia County, for over 27 years. I have been a Realtor for over 12 years and am currently contracted with McBride Realty as an Associate Broker.

Columbia County, Georgia is located in the CSRA along the Georgia banks of the Savannah River. It has three major metropolitan areas, Martinez (population 45,543), Evans (population 29,011) and Grovetown (population 16,744). The county is known for its quiet living, good schools, recreational facilities and bass fishing in Lake Thurmond.
Richmond County, Georgia (population 190,782) is located in the CSRA along the Georgia banks of the Savannah River. Its major metropolitan area is Augusta (known as The Garden City of the South). It is famous as home to one of golf’s most prestigous events, the Masters Tournament. Also located here is Fort Gordon military base which employs many civilian personnel.
Aiken County, South Carolina is located in the CSRA along the South Carolina banks of the Savannah River. It has two major metropolitan areas, Aiken (population 29,627) is the center of “Thoroughbred Country” and is known for equestrian activities, including polo, flat-racing, and steeplechases, as well as horse stables and racehorse training. North Augusta (population 21,435) nestled along the South Carolina banks of the Savannah River, enjoys many of the advantages of big city living while maintaining a strong sense of history, tradition, family and community.
